We make sure the chosen floorplan fits on your homesite the way you envisioned.
We select the features you desire to be apart of your home.
Once we have those pieces in place and at an agreed upon price, we coordinate an appointment with our design center specialist to make your selections.
Next, we draw up your plan with the selected features included. We will set up a meeting or conference call to review plan for approval.
We coordinate pre-drywall to ensure all light switches, lighting and hookups are in the correct locations.
Time to meet your new home! We will go through a new home orientation, and then your home is yours to enjoy!
