Atlantic Homes founder, Todd Garrett has been involved in building residential homes and communities for 24 years. Of these years, all have been in planned communities built for active adults. The experience taught him who the buyers are and what features they desire in their forever home. 

The Atlantic Homes plans have evolved with folks' demand over the years. At one time, living rooms and dining rooms were very popular. Today, those spaces have evolved into open plans with home offices, large outdoor living areas and walk-in showers.
